End of life vehicles
We don’t just think about how our cars can be cleanly built or cleanly driven. We think about how they can be cleanly disposed of too.
Authorised Treatment Facilities (ATF)
Wherever you live in the UK, you’re not more than 10 miles away from one of our ATFs – developed in partnership with Autogreen. These will accept your Honda vehicle free of charge, and safely and responsibly dispose of it in accordance with the End of Life Vehicle Directive. In return, you’ll receive a Certificate of Destruction, confirming that your vehicle has been disposed of legally.
Our ATFs will first depollute the end of life vehicle, reuse the parts and then recycle it. Our aim is to reuse and recycle at least 85% of the weight of all vehicles returned to the ATFs.
